The 200 Hour Teacher Training
Advanced Adcanved Wellness School is a Hatha Yoga based Teacher Training School. Our school is determined
to output the highest level Yoga teachers in the region. Accomplishing this is the following ways:
1. Focus on Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, Ethics, Safety and Business
2. Holding classes in the most state of the art facility in the region
3. Calling in experts in their respective fields
Classes held on Weekends and Weeknights
5 hours during weeknights and 20 hours on weekends for 8 weeks. Classes can be made up, but you are
encouraged to get as many classes done as possible.
